A Servers Prayer
Loving Father, creator of the universe, you call your
people to worship,
To be with you and one another at Mass.
I thank you for having called me to assist others in
their prayer to you.
May I be worthy of the trust placed in me and through my
example and service bring others closer to you.
I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ who is Lord
forever and ever. Amen
Helpful Hints
- Arrive at least 20 minutes
before Mass to vest and pray.
- Fold hands properly at 45
degree angle at your breast.
- Bow slowly and reverently.
Sit straight and keep your attention to the Mass.
- Familiarize yourself in all
aspects of the Mass and the Priest, how you can serve the best to help
it run smooth.
- Thank God for his calling
you in this Ministry.
