Cub Scout Pack 551
Everything in Cub Scouting is designed to have the boys doing things. Activities are used to achieve the aims of Scouting: citizenship training, character development, and personal fitness. Many of the activities happen right in the den and pack. The most important are the weekly den meetings and the monthly pack meetings. Open to boys who have completed first grade or are age 7, up to completion of fifth grade or age 10 but not yet 11-1/2.
All Dens meet on Fridays at 5:00pm for approx 1 hour. The 4th Thursday of the month is our Pack meeting. Although all our meetings are open to parents and siblings, the Pack meeting is especially nice to have at least one parent in attendance since this is when the Scout is presented with any awards and advancement.
